At TreatBox, we want you to be delighted with every delivery, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all products remain in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Box

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
