How long will it take for my TreatBox to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I customize the contents of my box?
Yes! We offer a 'Build Your Own' feature where you can select specific items to include. Alternatively, you can choose from our curated themed collections.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your TreatBox. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of some items, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will find a field to enter a custom message, which we will hand-write or print on a beautiful gift card included inside the box.
